I have had a lovely day preserving.
Made about 5 litres of apple puree to use in other stuff, a gallon of sauerkraut, a load of squash chutney and a gallon of pea pod and tea wine. House has been full of lovely smells and cupboards are even more full.
And this was meant to be a chilled weekend doing nothing after the hoards visiting last weekend. :lol:

A day on your own, pottering around the kitchen making stuff to stash away, can be very relaxing. Sounds like it was just the job after your visitors :D
