If no-one has replied Zane, it will be because they don't know either.  Easter egger hens are not really known here in the UK, so I'm not any of our forum members will have seen one.

There is some general advice here.

Any long tail feathers?
Was this hatched or bought?

New Shoot is right I've never heard of them. On many breeds it may be possible to tell by how 'pointed the neck feathers are, ie more pointy likely to be male. I do think it helps if you have a female to compare with though. Some breeds you only know for sure if it either lays an egg or crows! Not an exact science. :)
