Anybody has any information where I can purchase a swan neck/Suffolk hoe like we use to use for sugar beet etc

is this the same as a draw hoe? if so i just got a wilkinson sword make from b&q

got mine for earthing up potatoes etc

if this is what you are after they are available at most good garden centres approx £20 for a quuality one that will last longer than a week
