Chilli harvest

so now all my chillies - red and yellow ones - are ready for harvest, how do I store them? Dry them? Freeze them or a combination of both?

How about some submerged in a jar of oil and use the oil for cooking?

You can do any of those things - I usually freeze mine, as it's so easy. This year I might chop them up before freezing, and also dry a few now I know that they dry very well in the airing cupboard.

I just chuck mine in a bowl on the windowsill and they dry out very happily there. Or you could string them up in a ristra and hang that up to dry.
