Green tomato jam?
« on: November 02, 2006, 18:23 »
A friend of mine had green tomato jam at a B&B this year, and I fancy trying it (guess what our greenhouse is full of?)  Has anyone got a recipe, or does anyone know if it's worth doing?  I'll have to have a go at the fried ones as well, though - they sound great!
Would-be organic but still learning!

Thanks! :D
I'll let you know how it turns out!
Won't be doing it tonight though, as most of the family is about to descend for our town's annual mad tar barrel thingy.
