In a word 'not nice'!  I'll wait untill they have been frosted. :(

Im growing a row of 'ruby crunch' red brussel sprouts this year, seem to be coming along well though a few of the lower ones are busted... going to leave them through frosts before harvesting, though theyve got a way to go yet!

If I need to harvest any before the frosts, I bung them in the freezer for 24 hours, does the trick I find and the same with early parsnip harvests too :D
