I have a 45 gallon water butt with a tap on the bottom, i was thinking of putting some tomato feed liquid in that  and would make it up to the amount and i have run a  pipe to the inside of my greenhouse with a tap.
The only thing i can see as a problem would be if it rains and fills up after i have used half.

Trouble is that you probably would not use it fast enough and it would turn green.

I for got to add, as well as my greenhouse toms (6) i will be using it on 12 large hanging baskets and some flower tubs.
Its a shame i had to give up my allotment through ill health but can now manage a small GH in my garden so now reduced to small tasks.

6 toms aren't going to die from over feeding with the stuff you mention, so just don't worry!
