No I didn't - the bin done it (snivel)...

It were the bin what fell over, then me...

Gin has never ever had that effect on me...

So there...

Growster, that is not what your neighbours say.  You had better ask them to the party as well, and then ask them to take away their empties     Mrs Bouquet

Actually Mrs B, I can still remember my stag party in 1972, when my best man gently removed a double G and T from my paw, (with a large spanner and a strangled shriek) before requesting that I follow him to the car which was waiting to take us home...

Funny how you remember these things, I hope someone else had it!

You can't have been too paralytic if you can remember what happened - or were you told later   Mrs B

Gin makes you sin, rum makes you glum, whisky makes you frisky, and I haven't a clue what vodka does 'cos I don't drink it!  :nowink:
I work very hard so don't expect me to think as well.

Growster. Stop being a wuss
Because it's about time you 'fessed up.
You were well out-of-line on the whisky and wine
Trying moving a wheelie when all of the time
You knew very well it would end in disaster
With an A&E nurse and your left leg in plaster.
Don't do it again as you might just regret it
'Cos that same lovely nurse will have to re-set it
Then where will you be on the tablets and morphine
Not to mention your levels of beta-endorphine.
It's best just to leave it to those who know best
And may I make a little request?
Let Angie and I do the bizz
And don't be mean with the fizz!

Marvellous, Goosey!

I rather like the idea of a gin and endorphine...

That last injection they give you while you count to - er - six..., may have a similar effect these days though..;0)

A good friend of mine opened the first distillery in Wales for quite a long time (116 years)! His gin is lovely and is genuine small batch, have a look here:

North Star Distillery ? Gwir Ysbryd Cymru / The Welsh Spirit

Being a proud Welshman I would definitely say Brecon Gin is a personal favourite. However if you are looking for a cheaper choice, Lidl's home brand London Gin is really nice for £14 a litre.
Chin Chin pass me the gin.
Cheers
Aled
