sweet pea pergola

sweet pea pergola

i made a little path up to my polytunnel and i made a pergola kind of thing around it.. its 7ft tall will the sweet pea  make it up that high? its a  mix of average sweet pea mixes... ???

The year before last mine climbed to the top of my caravan so there is a good chance.

The mixes we get here are mostly the shorter ones. I've gone for specific climbing varieties and they've never disappointed. Easily 7 ft tall if you manure the spot well and keep them deadheaded. And SO fragrant!

I never grew sweetpeas before last year, but the fragrance is amazing.  They're an integral part of my garden plan from now on

Sweet Peas can grow 8ft plus, so you should be fine. :D
