[Beetroot Queen]

I have a stunning rhubarb and strawberry jam in the cupboard i am sure I made it in the jam maker last year but its not in the book.

Anyone tried it, I must have picked up the recipe from somewhere.

 I make a strawberry and rhubarb jam but it is my own recipe.

I have also made strawberry and gooseberry, strawberry and vanilla, strawberry, orange and Cointreau, and gooseberry and orange too.

I need more hours in the day.

You didn't mention the jam maker when you made it, you talk about your big pan, a bit further down.....

I get them from Spitalfields market at a pound a pound.

You have to go just before Wimbledon or the prices go up.

I got 10 boxes of cherries at £2 a box the other week.
