Post by: Janeymiddlewife on March 24, 2009, 20:59

Have rinsed them a few times and drilled holes in the bottom,

That's interesting because Costco here doesn't do laundry soap nor in tubs.

How weird - I was dubious about using it at first because it's fairly cheap and one of my boys has mild eczema, but has really reacted badly to some washing powders.
Anyway, it shifts "normal" dirt, I just use Bio stuff for rugby gear, and it's "dirt cheap" - sorry  :(

Sometimes the cheapest products seem to do the best jobs, but not always. My mum is very fussy with her laundry and I was surprised to find the cheapest laundry soap going into her washer. Combined with some vinegar, it does a fab job and smells good too (not at all like a chip shop  ;))
