We are having HUGE trouble round here with scumbags pinching lead and copper from rooves etc. Churches have been targeted and schools. There were a couple of Polish blokes who have been fined for taking the metal containers for flowers in graveyards. They sold forty of them for a pittance causing enormous upset for the families of the dead. :x
