my rhubarb as taken a bartering from the wind to day it has broken about 5 big stems of it  leaving part of the bottom stems there will it grow back

The broken stems won't grow back but the plant won't be harmed by wind.  Best pull the broken stems off and turn them into a crumble  ;)

Stew them and place in a rice pudding.

Stew them and place in a rice pudding.

I've never tried them with rice pud. Thanks for the idea.
