They seem have a Sale every month as far as I can see and I'm guessing things are cheaper out of season and that are not moving fast enough .... Wife bought me two  growhouses in November for Christmas whilst they were on offer and I'm waiting for the wheelbarrow to go back down to £19.99 before I buy.

A reformed seedaholic has to get her fix somewhere Arugula!  ::) :D

The pet safe 'blue pellets of doom' are exceptionally good value - I intend to be well prepared this year!

My first order too a while but finally tracked it down to FedEx not putting a card through the door (or possibly just taking it straight to the Post Office ).
Second order arrived really quickly (2-3 days).  :)

Had a play with my 1m crop cages today and I have to say I was very impressed.  I bought one from a garden centre last year at almost 3x the price and it was nowhere near as good, plus it had fiddly clip things to put it together).

With these ones all the struts are in two parts that you slot together so you have the option of 1mx1mx1m or combinations like 1mx1mx.5m.

Just need to cover them with veggiemesh now.   :)

I ordered a week ago tomorrow from Greenfingers.
Is 8 days a long time to wait for them or should I start investigating?

I'd have thought they'd email to say order sent?

I'd contact them.  They usually put a tracking link on the order aknowledgement but for some reason it seems to be their order number.  When I contacted them they responded quite quickly with the correct tracking number and it was then that I found out mine was waiting at my local Post Office.... :)

Hey Stuart,

I read that no UVB gets through the atmosphere until the sun is 50° above the horizon - below that the ozone layer reflects it, but allows the UVA (badass) through. I think in the South of this country that means after mid-April at midday.

Being an inveterate sun worshipper I was a bit fed up about that, but I guess that's Physics for you.

Cheers.

I got my order yesterday and I am super-pleased with the quality for the price I paid.

Well worth the wait and having to phone and check up on the order. ;)
