Title: dutch hoe
Post by: yellowkid on November 25, 2007, 06:53
Hi everybody,I have a problem. :(
It's impossible to find in Italy a true dutch hoe.
Is there ,in UK,someone who sends in Italy that wonderful tool ?  :?:
Thanks in advance

Hi stranger, nice to see you back.  Is this the type of hoe you mean?

I could certainly send you one although I suspect someone further South than I will be able to buy them cheaper.   I'd also be concerned that it may be too long for posting (expensive too).

Who knows someone travelling to Italy then?

Why not just send the business end? I'm sure they have handles in Italy.

Yes, it's the desired implement and yes, we've got handles in Italy and if it's possible to send me the business end I'll be happy.
PS: I spent one hour to translate with my old vocabulary your replies. I don't improve my english, damn...

OK, the hunt is on for a dutch hoe head to take a (presumably) wooden handle.  A lot do seem to be one-piece jobs but see what you can find folks.  Best not to buy on the spot until you are yellowkid's appointed buyer.
