I found a great source of free 5lt plastic buckets at our local sandwich shop they used to hold mayo or boiled eggs and the shop just gives them away!

Great as planters or if your changing the oil on your car!

I forgot to add they're washed out too! lol

I asked a local florist and got 72, I've now got 52 tomatos, 12 sweet peppers and 5 chillies all in lovely big pots.

Top tip.  THIS is frugal living.

During the winter try your local train station-i work for the tube- we use loads of `thaw crystals` and the buckets are good quality, you can make up some morter etc and leave it over night(the excess of course) and bash them without breaking them.

Asda, Tesco, Nettos and Lidl are all really kind and they clean them out for you.  Morrisons are just plain greedy!
I bought some from morrisns thinking I was getting a bargain, used them for my toms and thern found out I could get them for free from Nettos and on and on from there.
