raddichio recipes?

Anyone have any interesting and easy recipes for raddichio? I have lots of it as I planted it with my radishes (now gone) but, other than shred in a salad, I'm not too sure what to do with it!

chop in slices, fry it in butter and and crushed garlic serve with pasta.
Or fry in butter and garlic above mix it with cream and cheese. Its lovely
