This morning when i went to the girls one of my cream legbars had laid her first egg and it is a beautiful blue. She was hatched in the early spring and thought she was never going to give me a egg. It made my Christmas this morning.

Awww, your first blue egg!  It's always special, but you will never forget the day she laid it will you??

Still waiting for mine!  Even fixed up a mirror to try and reflect some sun into the chicken coop in the hopes it may make my girls think of laying me an egg!

Lucky you ...still waiting for my first egg from my 2 hatched at the end of May.
