Just popped in to see what they had, and all seeds appear to be half marked price. Also got some garlic bulbs, packet of three for £2. Don't know if they'll be anywhere near as good as the mail order ones, but I'm willing to give it a go this year.

Did it give an variety names on the garlic?

No, just the taxonomic name, allium sativum. The bulbs are about the same size as the average supermarket ones. Says they are from Holland.

According to their newsletter, they've got tubs of chicken manure pellets on BOGOF at the moment as well. I always think they're the best supply of cheap GP compost if you're a Gardeners Club member so you get the 4 for 3 deal. I'm going down there for a shopping spree next week.

Wyevale (not Wilkos  ) do indeed have chicken pellets on BOGOF and bfb etc. for Club members.

Almost all the remaining gardening stuff, seeds included, is now 75% at Wilkinsons, got some good bargains this morning.  Pot luck if they have what you need though.

just went in, spotted they  had a couple of tomato grobag greenhouses left - shelf price £9 marked everything 50% off, got to the till and got the two for £4.50.
