Growmore Fertiliser
« on: June 10, 2010, 12:16 »
Just moved to the Peterborough area after a number of years living abroad.  Where can I buy a 10KG bag of Growmore fertilizer at the lowest price?  Any advice is much appreciated.

Do you have a local wilkinsons, they often sell it cheap :)

Hi I have used wilko's a few times when I have ran out of my large sacks. I can’t remember the company that I purchased from last time but I will look at my invoices and try and find out and post the details hear.

Have you tried concentrated seaweed as a feed.

We've got a horticultural supplies place in Spalding where I got mine, it was very cheap, but I can't remember how much.  It was a 20 or 25 kgs bag, and I'm still using it!!!

Thanks for all the response.  I do have a local Wilkinsons so I will check it out.  Notcutts my local garden center sell it for 14.99 for 10Kg, which I recon is a bit pricy.  The horticultural supplier in Spalding sound a good bet and I'd be happy to buy 20-25Kg of the stuff. Can you remember his name and address? I'll have a look on the internet as well.

Thank you all.
