Do chicken pellets attract foxes?

My experience is that foxes sometimes do dig in the areas treated with chicken pellets but do learn quite quickly that they don't taste as good as they obviously smell, so it's generally not too much of a problem (until they have babies!)

They don't seem to learn the same lesson as far as BFB is concerned and I've had to stop using it.

At the end of this year’s growing season (if we ever get one) I was going to dig into my allotment lots of manure and lots of chicken pellets. Will I be overdoing things?

Manure is fine, any other fertiliser would be better added nearer to planting time so it's not wasted by being potentially washed out of the soil when nothing's growing in it.

Plus it would probably just feed any weed seeds in the soil and you might be over run.
