Title: First Duck Egg!

I have just found our first Duck egg on the floor of the coop  ::)

I really didnt think the ducks would lay before the spring so I am quite pleased  :D

I only started keeping ducks along with my hens a year ago in May after keeping hens for donkey's years! I can honestly say that the eggs are just wonderful and are possibly better than hens eggs. Yummmmy! :D

Well all 5 of the ducks seem to be having a go now!  I keep finding fart eggs all over the place!

On the subject of a gaggle of geese - could it be a fart of ducks?  :D
