Oh, the ants
« on: July 22, 2019, 19:11 »
I went out to start a bit of watering, and had to beat a hasty retreat.   They are all over the entire garden.  Red ones, big ones, small ones and ones that fly.  (and some as big as your head, nearly  )  Sorry plants, I will try again later, or first thing tomorrow when I cut the grass.  Have they exploded yet were you live ?  Mrs Bouquet

You have my sympathy. We had those flying ones last summer (its winter here in OZ so all is quiet at the moment) I swear they were big enough to carry off small mammals.  :(  The thing I really hate about ants is their insistence on farming the aphids in my cherry tree. This year I'm going to band my tree with horticultural glue, that'll fix em.  >:( I hope.  :D
