Title: Great Service from Ryobi-direct

I was very impressed with the service I have just received from Ryobi-direct, my strimmer which is only 5 months old broke its cutting head that attaches it to the rotating bit (sorry about the highly technical description  :)) and they put a replacement part in the post and I had it the next day
