Really unpleasant overnight but the rain has eased and the wind dropped - slightly.  It's not nice out there but at least now there's the odd break in it and patches of sunshine.

Today it's overcast with bits of a shower coming in. Not pleasant at all.

Dry all day East Wight but damp and drizzly West Wight apparently (agrees with the weather forecast on the TV for once!)  Very grey and not enticing me to go outside unless I have to.

Overnight in the greenhouse was 3.5C 
That wasn't forecast, or I would have fleeced the tomatoes!! They haven't turned blue, so I think I got away with it.

The wet stuff has been coming down since about 3pm, otherwise it was okay before that. Not very warm although I have taken off the throw from my bed as I was getting a bit warm overnight. It's now back in the  black sack it lives in until next winter (hopefully).

Dry first thing but rain started at 11.00 am then intermittent.
Not v warm either. Went down to 8 in the conservatory overnight.
Hoping the tomatoes won’t object HH
