1st jar beetroot

Hi Everyone
I have managed to grow some beetroot and i have just cooked and put it in pickling vinegar,sadly only 1 jar the slugs got most of them.
I am wondering how long it has to be left before you try it.

You can eat it as soon as you like, you dont have to leave it to mature enjoy Lillileaf

I dread to think whats at the rnd of my stalks ,me little tub of spuds were good though.
