Title: Butternut squash

Can you freeze Butternut Squash, I have some stored in the garage which appear to be softening at the top.

Yes, peel and cut into wedges, or whichever shape you want and freeze them. I freeze them in small bags for single portions, rather than having them all clump together  ;) Sometimes I just make a huge vat of spicy/chunky soup and freeze that.

Thanks Mum, got a few left over having made the soup, think i'll be able to freeze them flat and save room.
