Title: Scaffold Netting!
Post by: Steve.B on September 24, 2009, 19:35
Hi All, Just looking for the net and wondered if anyone knows a good cheap place to get it? Had a look on the 'Bay' and it's £30 delivered 2mx50m
Also I have some which has a black cotton? seam in the middle but this rots and falls apart leaving two pieces! Does any of it come as one piece?

Thanks.

2M doesn't leave much "height" - allowing for Up, Across and Down the other side.

I've used 3M across a 4' wide bed, and that's not really tall enough for Sprouts.

Mine came off eBay from Tarpaflex

There are some pictures on My Blog (http://kgarden.wordpress.com/2009/05/04/brassica-netting-against-cabbage-white-butterfly/)

That looks great! but I would be afraid that a nice bit of uncut netting and the pipes would go walk about on my site!
Will go for the 3m as you say better height! Thanks
