My plot is like a swiss cheese where these little cuties hang out.

Are there any easy and humane ways to evict them?

Entice stoat in.  Ours has sorted the mice out here.

bucket with ramp. put a hole in a small plastic bottle and thread a stick through, spins freely. I glued chicken corn on my bottle or you could smear peanut butter.
Mice go up ramp, onto bottle, bottle spins round depositing mouse in bucket.
