hi everyone. we have finally got a piece of land on our local site. it's only a starter plot. but it is our's.
Where can I get a blue water butt barrel?

Does it have to be blue? Try wickes or Big and Quick, or even wilcos....your local council may have an offer from the recycle now people...

    Never done this but have you thought about using one of wilkinsons plastic dust bins? They are much cheaper you can buy a tap separately or simply not use one IE dip your watering can in. In some cases you don't even need a diverter kit I am particularly thinking of an allotment where aesthetics are not of much importance.

I use old wheeley bins off the council
Self-sufficient in rasberries and bindweed. Slug pellets can be handy.

google/ebay/freegle food storage containers. managed to get large brown ones for a friend (about 40 - 50 gal from memory) for about a fiver each.
