Today I was at a meeting where the catering was by 'subway'. It came in large plastic trays with clear lids. When the chap was clearing them away I asked if I could have them. I now have 3 subway propagators which are 75cm (L) x 50 cm (W)  x 25 cm (H). So, what shall I plant in them? Any ideas /advice gratefully received ;-) I'm behind on digging so would cabbage / kale / broccoli be able to start their life in these for the next month outside with the lids on?

I think they'd be fine to germinate in there with the lid on until they are through & then get the lid off or they will be too warm.
