Name for apricots in bacon
« on: January 14, 2016, 14:04 »
(Mods - please move if needed). My OH did some apricots wrapped in bacon and we need a name for them. I thought of "Baby's Bums" but I'm sure someone else can come up with something better!
I work very hard so don't expect me to think as well.

jaydig - love the name Moonies!!  Pigguns - you can have prunes wrapped in bacon (called devils on horseback and very more-ish too) or oysters wrapped in bacon (angels on horseback) so my OH thought he would try it with apricots instead. It's like having a sausage and marmalade sandwich - a mixture of sweet and savoury tastes. Go on - try it!

If you were selling them at the racecourse, by the entrance, you could call them 'GateCrashers'...

I'll collect my riding hat.;0)
