Clematis are pretty tough - as long as there are some green shoots visible they are still alive and will be fine.

Now is about the right time to prune them (unless any of them are the early-flowering Montana type which are usually just tidied up after flowering.)

I CAN NOT SEE ANY GREEN SHOTS JUST LITTLE BUDS WERE THE OLD LEFF  STEMS WERE

as already said they are usually hardy, none of mine have buds on yet and I'm not worried about them at all 

If the tops are damaged by severe cold they usually regrow from the base

Mine always appear completely dead at this time of year.  After pruning they always bloom very well.  Hardy little bleeders

I would not worry, all my clematis came through last years winter and this year has been mild in comparison.

They are only in leaf because of the very mild autumn, Lucan. They should have been dead and dormant looking for long. As all say, they are fine.
