Seed compost

I don't buy seed compost or potting compost. I'll be taking some nice friable garden soil into the conservatory within the next few days. This gives any resident weed seeds time to germinate before winter so that I am left with a reasonably weed-free growing medium for next spring.

I can tone it down with sand, or beef it up with worm compost depending on the intended use.
