What do I fill raised veg beds with?

Hello, have now got our new greenhouse (from e-bay!!)and have built base for our shed - have awful soil so are building raised veg beds - could anyone help on what type of soil to put in them? Probably a silly question for you experts out there!!!

put a manure base in some and then screened loam in on top . leave one / two clear of manure if you want to grow root crops in them . ( screened loam means all the rubbish is taken out )
