After the last 7 month I thought Id got used to all the R2D2 type noises the girls make, but tonight Lunch my Goldline was making a very odd squeaky noise, rather like a cartoon mouse. She did this over and over while scratching around in the gravel she'd kicked onto the patio.

I checked her over but couldn't see any reason for it and she didn't appear to be in pain or distress. Why have a got a squeaky chicken ? Should I oil her...

They still create new noises.  Mine were purring whilst dust bathing a few days ago!  perhaps the gravel was hurting her feet?
