Geese

Hi all,

would anybody be interested in trading 2 geese for several chickens?

as you may know i got them about 3/4 weeks ago but beein a townie i didnt realise how much noise they would be making its all the time so i guess theyd be more suited to the country life and also before the neighbours start whinging about the noise

I obviously dont want to kill them as they are gorgeous birds and am quite fond of them just not the noise they make, hence wanting to rehome them

They are mother & daughter (browner one being the mother) i believe daughter is an 08 bird oh and wings are clipped, bought from a goose breeder/farmer near Mablethorpe

burton is bit far away really, i'll be down in stafford sumtime in jan/feb but ill be on a course so unable to keep chooks in car for a week lol

So drop the geese off on the way down and collect the chickens on the way back home

I'm sorry....even though you are a townie, did you not read up first, or even talked to a goose keeper before before getting the geese?
