Morning :)
Latest jam attempt is plum.
I cut the plums into 3 (slices) and they've been boiling for 40 minutes (as per the recipe for the electric jam maker) but the stones haven't separated and risen to the surface.
I know people often like a bit of fibre in their jam, but plum pits is asking a bit much!

Bash the bits against the side of the pan.........my trusted plan! it's the usual brute force and ignorance routine :lol:
