100% hatched (now with Pictures)
« on: May 25, 2010, 21:13 »
Well as some of you will be aware, i haven't had much luck with hatching my eggs in the inncy (Duck eggs) but today i had a 100% hatch on some chicken eggs, i am so pleased, i was ready to give up i must say, but this has now given me the confidence to carry on. i now have 7 buff sussex chicks and 2 RIR chick so i am so pleased.

I will take some tomorrow Grannie, still got a couple in the inncy drying off. I am so chuffed, has restored my confidence again, i have hopefully got some Duck eggs hatching on Saturday, i think we whave done everything i have been advised, got the book that was recommended to me from some one on here as she said it was her bible, and have been writing down the temp and humidity every day twice a day, so keeping my fingers crossed.

They're lovely. Will keep my fingers crossed for Saturday and the ducklings!
Be like a duck. Calm on the surface but always paddling like the dickens underneath.
