I garden for a living so I use my secateurs every day and sometimes all day & I wouldn't want to use anything other than Felcos.  The rotating handle ones are great if you do lots of pruning, though now I have to buy my own I can't afford them!  If you only have a small garden then you probably don't need to spend so much, but you can't beat them for heavy duty use.  I have two pairs no 8 & no 6 which have been in daily use for ten years - sent one pair off for a service in January  (first time)  and it came back as good as new!

decided I had to bite the bullet just bought a set of the number 8's .Hope their as good as all say

Sure you will soon be addicted to them.  And the great thing is that those bright red handles are easy to spot when you drop them in the undergrowth as I did this morning!
