Hi i made some piccalilli about 3 months. Tried it Christmas day found it a bit on the viniger side is there any thing you can add to take away the sharp taste of vinger.Thankyou :)

It usually mellows over time, so try leaving it a bit longer.

Yep, leave it for longer.

What vinegar did you use?

I have a piccallili recipe that is not very vinegary if you would like it.
