hi all

ive just got 3 thornless blackberrys and i was wondering if they will grow in the winter months as they are small?

this is what i was thinking, so.

as its warm in our summer house would it pay me to put them in there and plant out in spring when they have grown

or do i just write off getting anything from them this year?

Don't force them. Blackberries are NOT an indoor plant. Put them outside where they belong, the only thing you need to apply to them is patience!

I think the succinct answer is - plant them now, but don't expect any growth till spring.
