I would like to sow oriental greens in the greenhouse, if I'm not too late.   How deep does the tray/trough pot need to be?  Any suggestions for what's best to grow them in?

I grow mine in these mushroom boxes, lined with compost bag plasic 


The're thrown out by the local Chinese, so I get them for free
