Jam Making
« on: July 14, 2012, 08:55 »
I have just looked at the recipe section for jam making. The recipes give all ingredients except the quantity of fruit, unless I am blind and can't see it. Can anyone help please?
There is no better show of antisipation than a man sowing seeds in a field.

I've just looked at a few and the quantities are there, at the top, here's an example

Thanks for the reply Mum. All I can see in the ingredients is, quantity of sugar and water, no mention of fruit. I must be missing something!

Thank you both! I picked a big tray of cherries yesterday, put some in the freezer and thought I'd make a bit of jam with the rest. If you were passing by today you would easily recognize me,  I am covered from head to toe in red juice.  :D  Thanks again!
