Title: Jam Making
Post by: lacewing on July 14, 2012, 08:55
I have just looked at the recipe section for jam making. The recipes give all ingredients except the quantity of fruit, unless I am blind and can't see it. Can anyone help please?

Thanks for the reply Mum. All I can see in the ingredients is, quantity of sugar and water, no mention of fruit. I must be missing something!

I don't go that way until End of August Mum when I am going to my cousin's son's wedding in Hastings.  I have to change at Ashford!!!!  As well as Peterborough and Kings cross!   :D :D

Thank you both! I picked a big tray of cherries yesterday, put some in the freezer and thought I'd make a bit of jam with the rest. If you were passing by today you would easily recognize me,  I am covered from head to toe in red juice.  :D  Thanks again!
