hello if you still have the old pipe take it to a lawn mower service place they should have a range of sizes of pipe  I've replaced a couple of pipes on McCulloch strimmers the inside diameter was 3mm inside and 1/4 inch outside I contacted McCulloch about parts for a strimmer head that was broken when the machine was delivered new only to be told that the model was obsolete   McCulloch flymo  husquvarna partner are virtually the same machines  jezza
