[New shoot]

I did very little Christmas cooking, but today I have cleared all the chicken bones out of the freezer and have a huge pot of stock on the go.  The house smells lovely 

The remaining pumpkin in the greenhouse looked like it might be just starting to go, so it has been processed and roasted with garlic and chilli.

I feel a pumpkin soup may be on the cards, plus overs in the freezer for soup another day
