Title: Dividing Batch cooking
Post by: mrs bouquet on October 26, 2018, 14:23
Is there an easy way to do this.  I always seem to finish up with unequal amounts in the bag  :nowink: Mrs Bouquet

Weigh the cooked food, divide by the number of portions and fill each bag to the weight you want ;)

... Or fill the containers in parallel rather than series if you know what I mean  sort of 3 quarter fill them all, then top each of them up.
