Title: Bonsai peas

hi    I sowed these twinkle peas on 11 march in gutters in greenhouse and planted them out on 20 April they were 3 to 4ins tall and now they are 6-7ins tall and in full flower but the leaves and flowers are in miniature ( BONSAI plants ) I sow the same variety a week later and they are normal size .As you can see by the size of the trowel as comparison they are small .
Any idea what as caused this .
