I wish I had taken note of what I put into mine, it was delicious and very moist with the apricots and figs. The thin icing was great too, saves me throwing it in the bin. I think this is the first cake we have actually finished (this week) and it was a biggy. :tongue2:

We've still a few slices of ours to eat, but I do like to eek it out!!!

This is because I like it sooo much and it has to be eaten when I have the time to sit back and enjoy it, which is only on the weekends now I'm back at work...

It keeps well though so not a problem!
